Lahore, Pakistan — September 24, 2026 — Devsinc, one of Pakistan’s leading software development and IT services company led by CEO Usman Asif, hosted a delegation from the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA), Lahore, as part of the government institute’s 47th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC).

The visit took place at Devsinc’s Global Delivery Centre in Lahore and brought together 31 senior government officers from the BS-18 grade, representing federal and provincial government bodies and public sector organizations, along with four faculty members from NIPA. The course is a mandatory prerequisite for the participating officers’ promotion to BS-19.

The delegation’s visit fell under the training theme “IT Industry in Pakistan: Current Status, Potential, Challenges and Future Prospects,” and featured a comprehensive briefing from Devsinc on the state of the country’s technology sector, where the engagement strengthened ties between Pakistan’s public sector and its growing technology industry, giving senior officers a clearer, ground-level understanding of the IT sector’s needs as they move into positions where they will help shape policies affecting the industry’s future.

Under the leadership of CEO Usman Asif, Devsinc has established itself as one of Pakistan’s prominent software and IT services firms, and its selection as a host site reflected the company’s standing within the national tech industry. The briefing gave participating officers first-hand insight into the operational realities, growth opportunities, and challenges facing IT companies in Pakistan today — insight intended to inform public policy as these officer’s advance into senior government roles.

The visit was coordinated by Dr. Jawad Tariq Awan, Sponsor Directing Staff at NIPA, on behalf of Chief Instructor Mirza Khalid Amin.
