Lahore, June 09, 2026: Lake City Meadows, formerly known as State Life Corporate Housing Society, achieved a significant milestone today as it formally commenced the handover of Phase 1 Extension plots to clients during a ceremony held at the project site.
The event marked a defining moment in the project’s journey, symbolizing the transition from planning and development to tangible delivery. For hundreds of plot owners and their families, the handover represents the realization of a long-awaited dream and the beginning of a new chapter toward home ownership and community living.

The ceremony was graced by Lt. Gen. (R) Nazir Ahmed Butt, Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB), as Chief Guest, alongside senior government officials, representatives of the consortium, stakeholders, and a large number of plot owners.

Addressing the gathering, the Chairman NAB underscored the importance of transparency, documentation, and responsible development in strengthening Pakistan’s real estate sector.

Lake City Meadows is being developed under a consortium comprising Maksons, Lake City, Union Developers, Technical Associates Pakistan, and Fatima Group.
